Hi all, I'm new to this forum and wondered if I could get some help,
Iv just brought a 3cmk3 with a manual gearbox, the machine had a bad hydraulic leak so I removed the propshaft to the pump so that I could run the engine to see what it's like, I now want to bring the machine home but wondered if I would be able to steer onto a trailer without the pump connected, I plan to strap up the backhoe and front loader
Thanks Tom

It'll work fine the steering has its own separate pump.

No it feeds off the hydra chassis. You'll need to have plenty of oil because the steering is the first thing to go on a low level.
