That's a variation of the JCB 4. It was on ebay not so long ago for 4 grand. I believe it was a tug. As it was probably built as a one off I don't think it was given a model number.

It's an old aircraft tug! I believe it's now in J C Balls vintage collection! Very cool looking machine!

So victor13 you were at helped steam rally last weekend The JCB tug I believe was made from a JCB 4L and was possibly built to tow the first aircraft that used by Jcb in 1960
