Hello,
I've been meaning to ask this question for a while...
Do any of you good folks possibly know why my 'fuel leak off' pipes keep leaking? I've replaced them with fresh rubber pipes but they seem to be soaked in fuel.
I am right to assume this is this a low pressure line returning fuel to the tank?
Thanks,
Yozza

Yes they are low pressure. Are you sure that the copper washers above and below the banjos are sealing? Is the rubber definitely an oil resistant type and a good tight fit?

Thanks for the reply.
The pipe is snug and it's fuel pipe, I've also added zip ties to ensure a good seal.
Copper washers is a good tip, I'll investigate.
Do you know the dims for the washers? I feel another fleabay search...
Thanks,
Yozza

Hi,
The copper washers are esential, I know their imperial, (metric wont fit). I'll check the sise tomorrow.
If you,ve got to use zip ties it's a fair bet your using the wrong pipe.
The correct pipe is nylon not rubber and is so tight on the banjo tail that you have to warm it to soften it enough to get it on. It should seal no trouble.
