You may be able to get a speedi sleeve which will slip over and repair the worn section of the shaft and restore the seal running face.

I took it to my local hydraulic place and they can get the seals but the shaft is worn, so I took it to a local engineer who is going to turn it down and sleeve it to original diameter.
