Update:
I took the injection pump in to have it calibrated and ended up having it overhauled due to interior parts being to far gone from having fuel and water sitting in it for 2-3 years

Put the pump back in and still the same issue but a little marked improvement in power and idle

It still bogs down while trying to dig and still has no power while driving on anything but level surface

I think what he means is a gauze - a strainer.

I'm not sure if I have found a strainer other then the basic one on the sump

For the most part the problem is solved...tyvm for the help it ended up the lift pump was packed full of sediment
