Nicky, its not really a good idea pinching them as they have been taken by some one and most are water marked, and i dont think any of us would want any of our pictures taken and used on another site without permission..................

..however if one of the Dutch guys could mail the owner of the web site for us to use his pictures, i think he would be happy to oblige .. but i have to agree there are some great old pictures on there.

I wonder why people get upset at having others take their pics and post them on another site?I wouldn't mind anyone taking my pics unless they lied about where they got them.I suppose Paul (Argie) sees it a different way as he actually makes a living out of it so he has good reason to put copyright on his pics, but as for the rest of us,does it really matter?.
After all there are many pics that I have of machines that aren't my machines and I never asked the owners at the time.I am however carefull not to mention current sites sometimes as I know some contractors would rather keep a low profile. For instance my D5 is working at a location that the hirer wants to keep quiet.Thats fine by me as they pay the invoices and when ever I post pics of it working there are no names visable on the other machines.

Great website   .
Take a look at the bottom of the Dozers page where a D8R has been caught up in a giant bucket wheel excavator, looks like a toy !

There is also great pictures of a Cat 5130 excavator and a Cat 992G loader on a huge Scania powered lowloader (not at the same time  here....

Superb photos, I was amazed to see the link to dozers & find a D8 tanled up in the bucket wheel excavator. That's certainly a good photo & thanks to who ever took it for posting it.

Those pictures bring back some memories. I ran DW-20s and 21s for a couple of seasons. The last picture looks like a Cummins-powered LeTourneau Super C. Does anyone know for sure if that's what it is?
