Banks 631C & 637C

As requested here are a couple of photos i took the other day of the Banks 631C and 637C, i believe these machines are from 1975 so to see them earning their keep in 2008 is impressive!!!!!

Nice pictures Mike, do you know if the Ward Bros still operate in the Durham area,years ago they had a smart bonnetted Scammell low loader,haven't seen any of their kit in the magazines lately. :thumbs_up: Cheers Tim

Am not sure what the score is with Ward bros, i have not seen any of their machines for years! last Ward Bros machine i saw was a D6H working at Wynard.

Yep, ward bros are still on the go, i'm loading a 45t akerman for them in great yarmouth in the morning!

Currently they run an FH16 volvo, they've also bought the scammell back from an opencast and its being restored by them!!!

Not sure whats on the plant side, will ask some questions

Thanks very much for the pics Mike.I've done a bit of time on those C series scrapers.Great machines mate.i wonder who the bought them off?
