and yes Robban you are correct, these days most trucks on our roads are either Swedish Scanias or Volvo's or German Mercs and whilst I am a fan of these makes I'm sad that British truck manufacturing has demised :cry:
Must say though having worked on British made Seddon Atkinson trucks for nearly 11 years I can see how the poor quality of our products lost us more than just the truck market :cry:
As my old garage foreman used to say "its enough to drive you to drink and I'm halfway there already" :|
