Rare pictures of the NSM Wabco 170C's being transported by Brackmills. Not sure but I'm assuming they are being transported from Donnington to Godkin in the 80's.

Pictures very kindly provided by Mr Brailsford.

There were three of those 170's if memory doesn't let me down. Have no idea how it occurred but Dom-ex a used equipment and parts outfit in Hibbing Mn at the time purchased trucks and moved back to US. In late 80's if recall correctly there was long lead time for 170 size trucks from Haulpak. A mine in Minnesota and one in Upper Michigan both had trucks on order so while waiting on new units rented one each in Mn and the UP. Don't remember how how long they were at each property but believe they were broke down for parts when parked at both mines.

Nice one Dave.

They were gone before I started work @ Godkin - there was a fleet of Terex dump trucks around 1990, can't remember the model.

33-11C's they were Andy. Godkin always had a load of them for the RH75C's initially (and the RH300 occasionally - pretty much 2-pass load though!) and then matched to the RH90C and two RH120C's.

Dpan - I can only remember 3 Wabcos too. In a few books it says there were 4 (one shows a distance picture of 4 trucks ready to leave Godkin too).

I have pictures of all 3 - D126, D127 & D128 - never a 4th so not sure!
