I know the feeling of that mixer driver Jeremy! Exactly the same thing happened to me on a 6 wheel Leyland Constructor fitted with Ritemixer drum :thumbdown:

Not good Ian what happened, did the ground give way or was the weight enough to cause the mixer to tip over?

It was a road cut across a Welsh mountain side, just had the constructor back from ritemixer after they had fitted new chassis rails to the mixer unit, it was raining and the front wheels slipped off the track, tried to reverse out using diff locks and that only acted to straighten her up and pull it round down the slope, couldn’t get a machine round to support the pigs ear as I tried to empty the drum slowly, the weight of the concrete going up the drum was enough to send her over! :doh:
