Interesting Hy-mac 580C it has a non-standard bucket linkage and ram, looks like somebody has fitted a dipper ram to the crowd function. :think:

In that pic of the Case- Poclain 1088; there's another digger down the 'ole to the left of it! :wtf:

I was thinking the little Bedford tipper would have been a better option than my late father's BMC J4 drop side back in the day. Quite a lot of shovelling!

Yes the little Bedford CA took my eye as well; I got to drive its replacement the CF in various guises another very competent vehicle that very nearly outsold its closest rival the Tranny.
