For sale - JCB 3C Mk2 (4in1)

For sale is our manual JCB 3C Mk2. We bought the machine in early 2012 for our demolition and self build project which is nearing the end (much to my wife’s pleasure)!
The good...
4 in 1 loader with pallet forks
full suite of buckets (12", 16", 24", 36" 48")
New bucket ram
New hydraulic filter and oil
New fan belt and spare ready to go
Steering ram service (new seals)
Steering box hydraulic service (new seals)
Slew box drain and service
Newish battery (2 years old)
New Fuel leak off lines
Lift pump, fuel filter and sediment bowl serviced/ replaced
Various hoses and pipe as and when required
Dash switches
Tyres in good condition and all hold air
All cab glass present with no cracks and some seals replaced
Lights, horn, and heater fan working
Piped for hammer, includes additional hoses and valve block
Spare bucket ram (useable, just weaped slightly, could be used for a diy log splitter)
Dash dials work
Box of bits, including bucket bushes, bolts, bits n bobs, odds n sods
V5 docs
The bad...
First gear is worn and jumps, I've never had the pleasure of it's use, however, I've always found low range 2nd gear adequate for low speed maneuvers.
There is a weep from one of the rear axle seals
The ugly...
Although the cab has all the glass the tin work isn't it's best, I have had to block off the sun roof as that was weeping.
I have enjoyed the mechanical maintenance as and when it was required but I'm running out of room for her now and need to make room.
I also have a Thwaites 6000 dumper (2.5t all wheel drive) that will soon be for sale too.
I'm keen to see her go to a good home, viewings welcome - Stoke-on-Trent.
I've based the price based on the 4 in 1 with forks plus the suite of buckets and the additional valve block and hoses for a hammer. However, if only one bucket is of interest and the others aren't required then I'm prepared to negotiate and I'll sell the buckets separately.
