Grove Stevedore 4000

Here’s my latest toy purchase, it’s a Grove Stevedore 4000 full hydraulic Crane with hydrastastatic drive, it’s a great machine and is already proving very useful.
It’s powered by an Onan CCKA twin cylinder horizontally opposed engine which runs on propane.

Hi Chris and welcome to CMN :wave: smashing little crane that you have there :thumbup: I never realised that Grove made cranes that small?

Thank you, this is the smallest in the line of hydraulic industrial cranes ranging from 2 - 35 tons, the 35 ton version must of been quite some machine! I have a sales brochure which I had shipped from USA which is interesting but unfortunately no dates.
