A 19RB owned by the Isle of Man Highway and Transport Board working on the straightening of the River Neb in the west of the Isle of Man about 1955.

The Highway Board owned 4 x 10RBs and 3 x 19RBs the latter with both dragline and crowd shovels, and later a 22RB crowd shovel in their quarry.

The Isle of Man Harbour Board owned a Smiths Super 10 and a Smiths 21 for draglining and a number of other cranes including 4 diesel electric 8 ton Rapiers, 2 petrol electric 3 ton Rapiers,
2 Smiths petrol 3 tonners, a Coles petrol electric cantilever on a Thornycroft chassis, a 15 tons Jones dock crane, a later Coles diesel electric cantilever on an AEC chassis and a 25 ton rail mounted (11ft guage tracks) Cowans and Sheldon steam crane. They also much later had a 25 ton Cosmos telescopic.
