Welcome Thomas
I would have thought you should be able to get work shop manuals fairly easy on Ebay or some were like that

I have a leaky axle seal on the right side that I need to replace but want to make sure that I don't do more harm than good trying to find my way through getting it apart. Any ideas on where I can get the info?
I have a 3414 too and have the same problem. Did you find a manual for this yet? I need the same info.

I am looklng for the location of the transmission oil level plug. THere is a plug on the left side below the clutch or there is a plug on the right side of the gear shift housing. Which one is it? ALso it appears that the transmission has two oil drain plugs,,,is this correct....?

My understanding is that the plug on left side by the clutch is the check level plug. The plug on the right by gearshift is the fill plug.

I'd take a guess that a cylinder liner has cracked. As you have the sump off can you narrow down the area it's coming from?
If a LandRover doesn't leak oil, it's run out.

Re: International B-414
either of the above if you turn the motor over does the water stop coming out at some stage as the piston may pass the leak but most likely the seal on the bottom of the sleeve is crook
