Definetly the strangest tractor I have seen , the new Supacat currently undergoing trials to replace the conventional looking Talus MBH tractor on left.

Re: Lifeboat Tractors
In Dorset/Devon recently and was surprised how old some of the lifeboat tractors were (fastidiously maintained I'm sure) Lyme Regis were running a Ford County 4x4 on a original P plate so 1976ish and Clovelly had an interesting waterproofed Case bulldozer on a R plate 1977ish.
Borrowed following pics from net as both tractors were nicely tucked in the back of their sheds when I visited.

Re: Lifeboat Tractors
The Lyme tractor is very carefully washed off after use. I am trying to remember when I looked at it. I think every think is in the tank except some final drive seals. Sea water apart, they have an easy life with tip top maintenance. Thanks for the photos.
