Fiat 500s -78 PTO?

Hi!
Does anyone know if a 1978 Fiat 500s has a dependent PTO?
I think it is called that.
I want the pto to be dependent of the wheel turn on the tractor.

never heard of a Fiat 500s....... the PTO arrangement you're talking of is 'Ground Speed' PTO

I do know that the same year's Fiat 540s had independent PTO. At that time I was looking for a tractor with independent/"live" PTO, and the 540s had "live" PTO with a hand operated PTO clutch. Dual clutch, but the PTO clutch was hand operated.
Settled on a used (misused but cheap) IH444 with "live" PTO (Dual clutch) at half the cost at the time.
