Great pictures, pdw, I especially like the David Brown aircraft towing tractor, my brother in-law has one.

strange fordson tractor from new zealand

here is a fordson from nz this one was converted to run on rails for round timber haulage and is a part replica

Intersting machine :thumbs_up:

Thats got to be one of the strangest Fordson conversions, as usualy they take the drive from the ends of the rear axle by chains. Canot work out how they have don it on this :dizzy:

It is amazing just how many applications the Fordson tractors were put to over the years. It would be good to see a close up of the rear. There must be some kind of drop box to get the drive fore and aft.
Also like the yellow DB.
