I have split my, what I think is a Fiat 650 in half to replace the clutch.
Does anyone have some specs or a manual for this please?
Seems like an old or rare model.

Tractor in good working order

After it stopped moving I diagnosed the clutch was the issue so preceded to remove it.

Here is a picture of the stand I made to hold and roll the front away

Any progress? Don't know much about Fiat tractors, is a single or dual stage arrangement? The cover appears to have LuK cast into it - I would suspect a part no. on it somewhere. LuK still list Fiat clutch parts so a email to them direct could put you in touch with a local supplier.

It is a two stage clutch, drive plate at the flywheel.

I took the clutch and flywheel to a clutch expert, he machined the surfaces and relined the plates, he also did all the required adjustments for $580 NZD.

All I need now is to make an alignment tool to get it all back together.

I remember doing a two stage on a mf35. With a bit of patience we made a mandrell out of a piece of wood turned down on a lathe. Not ideal but it worked. You have the profile of the input shafts to work with, just needs access to a lathe.

Thanks for the tip, wood sounds easier than the route I was thinking.

I was looking into threaded rod and heaps of big washers filed down to make the stepped shaft.

I used to manage to align the David Brown Livedrive dual clutches by searching out three 1/2 inch drive sockets, one with outside diameter to fit into the spigot bearing and two more to fit into the bore of each of the clutch plates then sliding them onto a length of 1/2 inch square bar.
Use a centre punch or chisel on the bar to locate the sockets and stop them sliding along.
