Fiat sensor shaft oil seal failure

Hello, I'm looking for some opinions more that anything. I have a fiat 6066 and the sensor shaft oil seal has failed 3 times now. The last repair, I replaced the sensor bar, both bearings, both seals and both bushes, all sparex aftermarket spares. I had a small drip after about 8 hours work with a rotary hoe that slowly got worse. I'm wondering if the cast housing the shaft and seals go in could be damaged, over sized, out of round, something like that. Its always the right hand side that fails. I will pull it off and measure but not for a while just not enought time. thanks if anyone comments Paul

I found some time and pulled the cross shaft support housing off and sent it into the shop. Turns out the housing is ovaled after all.
