Hmm.., Ford skid, seems odd to have all those levers yet the standard hand throttle is missing. Is it adapted for a disabled driver?

Must confess I don't know what it is but it looks like you need at least four arms to operate all those levers. ;)

Is it a Doe? I'm guessing purely because I understand those were complicated to operate, what with dual engines and gearboxes, a description which would seem to cover this contraption also.
