I think there are still a few of that era of New Hollands running on smaller mixed farms with small fields and narrow lanes. Here, on the more arable orientated farms, of Essex and East Anglia, the combines (and everything else) have just got bigger and bigger. When I worked as a student over 40 years ago the then quite large farm had 2 MF 760s that could manage about 30tons per hour between them. Next door had similar but now the whole area is combined/harvested by one machine with a 35ft header and probably cabable of more than 50 tons an hour.
