Rear Attachment

Sorry it is a small picture - couldn't find any more.

What is the attachment on the back - a road kneading roller?

It's hard to tell by the picture Dave, it could be for compacting asphalt/ black top when they use a grader to run it in instead of a paver machine, or some other roller device.

Up on the dirt roads up our way, the local council use a tractor pulled roller with a similar tyre profile ... they do a half decent and quick job, but IMO a mistake on all weather dirt roads not to roll the road properly (ie follow up) with a decent weighted steel drum roller.
