It is time for the CMN Photo Competition March 2011!
Rules:
- the photo must be taken in the ongoing month
- the photo must be related to machinery
- max 2 photos per month and user
- the winner will be referee in the next months competition (threads started by me)
If the referee has not choosen a winner within two weeks me or a moderator will be referee
Prize: a CMN t-shirt

Excellent photos Ross, I personally like the F series trucks except the ones with the centre cabs which personally i think look daft!
Was looking at the sign on the truck "If we cannot mine safely we will not mine" Is that why the truck is parked up?
Am looking forward to this months entries!

ok well i was very surprised i picked up second place last month, so i will try again what i like is the fun in taking part.

Here are a couple from me:
First is this machine, taking out retirement at a local machinery churchyard. Wish I could tell you what it is, but my expertise is mostly limited to reading what it says on the box, and this one didn't have any obvious markings
And then there is this . Wot? It's machinery innit? As for classical, this is the first steel fishing vessel in Iceland, dragged on land to serve as a monument at the end of it's long operating life.
