My friend Neill Attwaters recently lost a battle with cancer - he used to work in Renaults engineering dept but became the demo/press driver - a good bloke......

Sorry to hear that Steve :cry: for what its worth I have a friend who was diagnosed with cancer of the liver last year, I learned today that its now spread to his brain and he won't be with us for much longer :cry:
I've seen far too many decent folk suffer and die from this dreaded affliction, the sooner they find a cure the better for us all!!!

Sorry to hear the bad news Steve, cancer is a terrible thing.I saw my dad die from this dreadfull illness also my old mate, Fred Dibnah die from bowel cancer.
Looks like he had a good send off,looks like he was well thought of.

Yes indeed Steve i echo every ones comments . have to say though, that was one hell of a send off ... but at least he is out of pain now..

hello steve,
i am also very sorry to have missed this posting until now,at times like this you do stop and wonder what it is really all about.at least neil is out of his suffering of this horrible thing, there is in my mind ample money in this country to develop the medicine to erradicate some of the strains of this killer illness.condolences to neils family,yourself and his freinds.
