Re: new model
He did not say,but had a chance to buy it when Hymac went under for £200. I bet it will have a zero added to that price.

Re: new model
Ah ha B100,
Your mate bought both the model 580 and the Hymac 380 that Richard Gould has re-built, I do know the price he paid but am not at liberty to say how much
Hymac are in the process well Richard Gould is in the process of purchasing a 580B for re-build like the 380.
I should be takin some snaps of both machines so will post em when I have done so.

Re: new model
Hello Jeremy
He told me that the model needs a bit of a tidy up and will be fitting an embosed HYMAC decal to the machine as per the original.
Its great to see people like Martyn Henley producing great models of classic british machines.Just needs a 22RB dragline added to the range

Re: new model
point taken trouble is and this is an argument that i have faced a few times this last couple of years, and that is it could devalue my past models, one of the reason why JCB will not allow me to do the 1/32nd scale 3 and 3c, however my newer hymacs have not affected the value of the old resin ones ..so far, but after the succes of the 22 there are a lot of others companies that have jumped on the band wagon and now doing them themselves, mind you there are other machines of that type and that age that were nearly as popular as the RB like NCK, priestman, smith, to name but a few, but we shall see later in the year as i am fully commited to other masters till then.
why is there no cheers smiley thing on here ? ...
