How many hours do you need for such a model? What tools do you have?

Havent a clue as to the number of hours. Just fiddle with them when in the mood. Just use basic tools, Scaple blade, square, drill press, bandsaw etc. Just a lot of trial and error to get the result. Have a local model shop which stocks a good selection of plastic extrusions which I use a lot. Mostly just plastic sheets rods and tubes of various sizes. Am presently working on a D4D but dont know when that will be finished.

Alan
Fantastic work on your models, have you built many more machines?
I really enjoy the scrapers, they would be a challenging build it think

Hi Modelmaker
Yes they take a while to do. I find I have to work on them when in the mood or else I make mistakes and have to redo it again. Am currently working on a D4D for something different. Have got most sorted out but having a few problems getting the tracks sorted out. Here a few more pics. I also have a few truck kitsets that I have modified.
