I have just stumbled upon this guy's site, some pretty impressive models.

Heres a video of his CAT D11R dozer. I think it's 1:12th scale

That is some amazing work , showing real talent . Going by one of the archives the D11R is 1/3rd scale , but what amazing skill ! ! , nice find.
