Having just acquired a 2003 Benford/Terex PS 3000 (image attached).
I'm seeking information on how to use it/maintain it/get parts. Are there any 'old hands' out there that can help a newbie?
I can't locate an hour meter, where should it be?
I intend to change the oil and filters on the Deutz F3L 1011F engine. How much/what grade oil do I need? What oil filter options are there if I can't get a direct replacement for the existing Crosland 2022? What fuel filter does this engine use?
Is there a site where I can download User/Maintenance/Parts manuals?
Re attached image - what should be mounted in the hole in the electrical box beneath the steering wheel?
Any advice will be gratefully received.

For the hour clock look on the side of the dash closest to where you sit it should be there.
www.baldwinfilter.com look up deutz F3L 1011F engine it should list the filters there (B178 possible oil, BF5587D fuel and PA3818/PA3819 air) not sure of the hydraulic filter. google you local benford/ terex dealer or even deutz dealer for engine filters
there is also a gauze in the lift pump. torx headed bolt. will remove it to clean it.
there is possibly nothing in that hole. the stickers on the dash come pre cut and that falls out leaving a open gap. tape it over to stop water getting in.
If i was in my old job i could have got you all maintance manual. cant find anything online yet.

Gerard many thanks for the reply and the filter link.
I found the hour meter exactly where you suggested, an illogical place - facing rear and downwards in the steering column and not exactly obvious but ...........mine is unreadable - Ho Hum! I've also managed to source a replacement for the Crosland 2022 oil filter, a Mann W712 which I fitted today when I changed the oil (6.5 Liters). I've also managed to find an Operators/Maintenance manual which suggests that the 'hole' in the dashboard was originally intended for a hazard warning switch on road equipped models. So as you advise I'll tape it over. Thanks for your input.
Regards CL

I would like to publicly thank B-Man for a download of an operator's manual for my dumper - very much appreciated.
How do I record a 'thanks' so that it appears under his forum ID?

Again many thanks to B-Man for the parts manual download for the Benford/Terex 3000.
I hope I don't need to order many parts but if I do I'll now know what to ask for thanks to Andy.
