I would have thought that these components are still available new off the shelf? If not strip it down, measure how much wear you have , get a local engineering shop to knock you up a couple of new pins and bushes, I guess that would be a reasonable solution.

The Winget 4s I have has been on going for 10 year, you are not alone.

All restorations take time to complete. You have to consider the cost factor, parts availablity (it took me 6 years to find a special part for an old crude oil engine I did up) plus your time to have to do it.
I have an endless supply of toys to rebuild from stationary engines to vintage lawn mowers so Im just cruising with them as I can.

Kingpins can be a pain. You can buy replacements online or at a parts store. Changing them is doable but can be tricky.

When doing king pin replacements the bushes are close to the correct size but when pressed into place become tight and they must be reamed to size plus clearance for the new pin to fit.

Thanks, got them sorted now! Winget had the parts! All reamer out and fitted. Yes they are a pain to reamer out and keep them parallel to each other! Thanks for the helpful replys
