Is 4 wheel drive/rear steer? Looks about 2 ton capacity?

This one on Ebay looks similar but it has 5 stud wheels front and back

The one on ebay is perhaps a model down, and is a 1973/74.

Could be a 35cwt model OMPH
From p6 of excellent 'British Dumper' thread here where there is more info on 1966 spec. I see exposed disc brakes are standard, wonder if they lasted long in the mud?
