Unknown dumper

Hi just brought a dumper but dont know weather to rebuild or break up

Hi are parts hard to source as the top of the gear lever top is missing

Is it a runner, what engine is it? Looks like a ph2 but different some how. Second thoughts is it a Lister can't make that Decal out?

Would have thought of all old dumpers Thwaites would be the easiest to get parts for as so numerous and sti!l around.
