Being watching lots of old archive films recently and screengrabbed a lot of plant , here are some of the dumpers ( I will bore you with the other plant elsewhere ! :) Click to expand pics or put right way up !.......

Some nice classic shots there Craig :thumbup: the Standard van in the last shot pure classic there. :thumbup:

Yes you don't see many of the Standard ( later Leyland) Vans , perhaps because according to all reports they were rubbish even by the 'Standards' of the day :D

Not sure the one behind the JCB dipper is a Thwaites Nimbus, wrong side for seat.

Cracking period pics! The fourth and last pic is of a Winget four/70 70cwt, almost was the proud owner of one but got outbid on flea bay at the last minute

Having the benefit of the film :) , pretty sure it says Nimbus . Royal Highland Show 1958.

Well Craig with specs on it does appear to say Nimbus on the skip! Now our mid 60s Nimbus that I learnt to drive on was a left hooker as were most Nimbi that I have seen.
