As essexpete has suggested, it is just a very early form of agricultural tyres used on tractors many years ago. Impossible to get them here in Oz but have seen some survivors that are in as new condition on vintage tractors in the UK. I don't think they are available there either.
If they have circumferral or radial cracking it is time to let them go to god.

This blue is the original colour of my dumper . Thoughts on what it is ? And would the engine have been the same color?

My thoughts are that back when these babies were built one colour all over everything would have been the go on the production line, especially being for earth moving.

My engine is green . But then it could be a replacement. No way of knowing. Any thoughts on dating the dumper ? It’s missing it’s Id plate . I think I seen somewhere that someone found a chassis number stamped on one . But not sure . The cover over the belt drive on mine is curved . I see some are more angular. I wonder which is earlier ?

May be able to roughly date it from the engine number but that only works if it is original. My Liner has no ID tag and I found all sorts of numbers stamped in odd places like to the left of the steering column on the angle iron. Still had tags on the gearbox bu these are not a way to date them from my knowledge. As you get around your new toy and clean it up all sorts of things come to light and maybe a chassis number just might turn up.
As for the belt guard I have no clue as to what would be first but at a guess maybe the curved one as they did look for appearances early in manufacture like so many other makers of fine toys, then it became a case of knock them up and get them out the door.
