Hello, Hoping that some one can help me I am after a set of shoes for the hand brake on my dumper.
This handbrake works on a drum that is mounted to the top of the drop box for the 4 wheel drive. I have the drum and levels but no shoes or springs.
Thank you for help with this.
Kevin.

Kevin there are places around that will put new brake lining's on old shoes for you that would be my best shot assuming you cannot get them from the manufacturer.

Take your hand brake assembly to a brake shop and get them to either bond new linings or if your shoes are missing they can identify the make of brake you have and then supply the right part. There are many hand brake assemblies on tractors and 4wd vehicles, one of them will match up.

Thank you for the replies I do have some Austin 7 shoes that are close but I can not get the drum on, Have seen that they might be the same a early Land rover that works on the drive shaft.

Re: Drop box Handbrake
My Liner Roughrider has a Land Rover Salisbury diff in it going by looks alone and wheel stud pattern. So it could well be a Land Rover brake. Either way your local brake shop should be able to supply.
