I called cherished insurance, they said they have been told in the last couple of weeks not to issue dumper insurance by the underwriters.

I ended up using rowett insurance, £100.10 third party fire and theft.

ouch! double my current premium for fully comp but better than no insurance I guess, thanks for the info!
