This coming weekends (31st and 1st Feb ) is the South West Tractor Show at Bath & Southwest Show Ground at Shepton Mallet.
Has any one been to this show before ? and how much stuff is there. How dose it compare to Malvern ?
I'm thinking of Going but at 200 + mile to get there is it worth it ? (was disappointed with Peterborough National Show)
Will go to Malvern next month as usualy plenty to see (missed last year)

Re: South west tractor show at Shepton Mallet
Can't go this year - starting back to work but went a few years ago and know of folks going up this year.
It's a good event and the nearest 'big do' for us folks down 'ere on the edge of the world. Almost all the tractors are indoors and they have some real first class restored machinery, also there's usually a raft of dealers there selling a whole manner of tractor parts; I managed to pick up some s/h parts for my County.
And there's an auction on the Saturday, so don't forget your cheque-book
Here's a selection of pics after my last trip up there (2006)
Was in the auction......
