Track off...........

Post #1 by SRB » Sun Jul 22, 2012 4:02 pm

Popped to this little "oopsie" the other week, mercifully it stopped raining for an hour or so....

Just flicked off the idler, slack the track adjuster off, shove it in with the 330, then a bit of shouting and wild arm waving it was back on in 2 min, 7 tubes of grease later (and a right arm like Popeye's) all tensioned and back to work............

You'll have to get a cordless (or plug into the cigarette lighter) grease gun  , saves a lot of grief! When I get a track off I always seem to get the gun with the shit end on it! You need arms like popeye to keep it on the nipple, just like being at home!!!!
