Never drove one of these myself but I used to work with a foreman called Pat Smart and he was always raving on about them He reckoned they were the best machines ever built at the time
Mind you we were driving JCB 805B Turbo's at the time and anything would of been better then them!!
Good old days though!!

Look at the size of the under carrage compared with the top half in that picture.

Gaffer got me a little Komatsu PC60 (Dash 1 Model) to replace the Junk Constructed Badly!! It was a cracking little digger

This is a newer model by MF made by Hanomag in Germany and was badged MF HYMAC and HANOMAG - got some other pics of a couple of 450s that came through my yard - will dig out the pics
