Good! Hope Cat learns from this! Just because they are a massive firm doesn't mean they can push smaller firms around! It's the classic school playground thing of big kid bullying little kids!

Not for the first time!
I remember when Matbro won a similar action against Cat and others for infringement of their pivot steer patents.

The bit I found interesting was 1 of the comments from someone who said he worked for caterpillar
"Horrible company that use china to make every part of there diesel engines apart from the name tag. I know i work for them."
