Those 120's of Scottish Coal just keep going and going! They must be running out of parts to rebuild them by now.

Here is a rebuilt 120c working for Onyx in the East of Scotland.

Another high hour 120c. Note the weld on the boom...just where the O of O&K is

Here is a faceshovel working for Scottish Coal on in the East of Scotland. It's the same driver as the backhoe at Onyx only a few years later. These guys really know how to work these machines for production.

Few more pics of some "vintage" RH120C's, these beasties are still clocking availiability of mid to high 90's.......

The one in workshop is in for some overhaul work and will be treated to a new lick of paint.

The last shot is an Ex Fenton C about 1988 year with extra cab riser.

Excellent pictures Stuart. Which site did you catch these machines on?? That last 120 - ex Fenton - I'am led to believe it originally started work on the continent before coming over here.

This is a good thread.Good pics and some history to go with the pics.I have allways liked the 120's allthough I have never driven one. They seem allmost bullit proof.I have had some time with Demag 121/185 size with the spanners and they seemed a good machine too.
