I know a lot about old bobcat equipment but have never seen one of these its a Bobcat X120 I know the frist bobcat excavators where the models 56,76,100,116,130, and where made by komatsu for bobcat whats this machine

It does look a bit like a 1980s Pel-job.

Weren't Pel-Job machines made by someone else so this chould be a rebrand of a rebrand

The first series of Bobcat mini excavators were sourced from Pel-Job for Europe and Komatsu for North America, this arrangement started in 1986 and ended in 1989 when Melroe began building its own Bobcat mini excavators.
The Komatsu mini excavators were sold as the 56,76,100,116 & 130 models while in Europe the Pel-Job's became the Bobcat X-119, X-120, X-122, X-123,X-125.
