Thanks for the compliment.Yeah,those excavator are the same as the Hitachi zaxis series-3 machines.But,there are some John Deere componnents in their excavator and the same way for Hitachi.

Please correct me if i'm wrong but Deere assemble Hitachi excavators with Deere engines and enough locally sourced componets to get round import tariffs and say they are a US built product.
Most of the Deere range now are sourced from other manufacturers- Hitachi excavators, Liebherr wheel loaders, bulldozers and crawler loaders , New Holland skid steers and Bell ADT's alongside 100% Deere products.

I think that's correct that Deere excavators are basically a Hitachi with a Deere engine in them. They look nice machines though :thumbs_up:

I've done a bit of investigating ;) It seems some of the Deere excavators use Isuzu engines and some of them have Deere engines. For example the 240DLC has a Deere engine but the 650DLC has a Isuzu engine :thumbs_up:
