Pel Job Sirius Plus - Hydraulic Schematic expert assistance required please

Hi folks,

I am trying to understand the hydraulic circuit that supplys the pilot oil. Please see attached schematic, the pilot oil valve (E21H) has what appears to be a feed into P1 and P2 from the main valve block regulators supplied by 2 of the hydraulic pumps. (see the pilot oil valve in pel job 1)

What I'm trying to ascertain is whether the pilot oil is supplied (to the servo control units) when there is pressure into P1 and P2? If any of these line drops pressure does the oil to PV close (see the pilot oil valve in pel job 2).

I'm new to hydraulics but keen to learn.

I'm asking this question because I'm trying to understand why the servo controls take a while before they work.
