Hi,
What size tracks (rubber) do I need for a 8014 jcb mini digger and how difficult are they to change please.

Dead easy to change (assuming it's like my minidigger)
Lift track off ground with bucket. Remove grease nipple from idler wheel tensioning ram and lever the wheel back in and force the grease out. (maybe you can do this first with the digger bucket?) Remove old track and replace with new, refit grease nipple and tension new track - I think you want about a 1" sag in the centre of the bottom run with it clear of the ground?
I'm sure a quick call to one of the stockists will have you a size sorted. If you live in the Northwest (you don't show your location) then I'd give Cautrac in Bolton a call.
Julian.
