Universal Joint for propshaft which drives Hydraulics on JCB 3csII

Post #1 by valvebounce » Tue Dec 27, 2011 1:52 pm

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me? I have a JCB 3csII 1976, the universal joint for the propshaft which drives the hydraulics is very worn, will one off a 3cx fit or does anyone know where I can get a replacement from (new or good second hand)?

Would be grateful for any info on this.
:)

Hi Mr Bounce, certainly the the UJ was still the same as yours on 3CX machines up to M459999. Maybe later!
JCB Part number is 914/10803. For your info the size of the uj is 82mm over the caps with 27mm diameter  Cheers Mark

Yes it should do. I have used Digger parts before (Darren) and found them very helpful, real quick reply via e-mail too. Should mention I am in no way connected with them! Mark
P.S. If you give them the part number they will cross reference.
