Have to say I would hate to have to look through that grill all day long ....I hate looking through glass even ...has to be bloody cold or wet for me to shut the front window !! Lol :lol: :lol:

Are Hydrex blown out of Lee Moor now then Jim ? :?

I dont mind sitting behind glass all day but i think that the grill would do my head in....but then again you might get used to it eventually! haha!

Nick , Hydrex went when the Imerys pit operation stopped at Lee Moor in 2007/2008 ish :think: .With regards to the front grill you do get used to it after a while, You seem to ignore it some how when your concentrating on putting the bucket in the back of the dumper. I've already had previous experience with grilled cabs, when i worked for a demolition firm with there machinery. I share your view though, i like driving with front screen up but they don't even like you driving with the door open ,which i prefer to be honest. Same old ,same old Elf & safety gone mad mate. Its a bit like the seat belt light as discussed in a previous thread :wtf: :backto: :lol: :lol:
