I went to a job a few years ago where they where doing the sewers for a cottage. They called me since the other excavator broke down.
Anyway, the owner told me that the other driver had dug the trench with vertical sides and that was with very much water in the ground. The owner was in the trench when the sides fell down. "I had to leave my boots in the trench" he said. :mrgreen:
