A few weeks ago I was waiting to catch a train into Birmingham at night and I was stood about where you took the photo from the platform Jeremy and saw Bam Nuttall workers move a Terex Amida mobile lighting tower (whilst fully lit!) by lowering the mast, chaining it to a Komatsu rubber duck, lifting it up and driving off into the site with it swaying gently in the dark. I cursed myself for not having a camera on me I can tell you!
cos I've waited many an eternity at that blessed level crossing, except when I'm on me motorcyle then I use the pedestrian tunnel
