The trials of the job continue.......frozen off, that was a pain, the re-launch of Pip aka "the black pearl", Her first load with rebuilt engine, and just what you don't want at 4.10 in the afternoon! Oh and digging a borrow pit for muck to rebuild the haul road......

Man that looks cold and wet there so it looks like you flung a track on the transporter doodah dont know what its proper name is
the other day I was reading this and my 16 year old son had some mates over camping at the lagoon at the back of the farm and they came back to the house for something most likely food and one of them looks over my shoulder at this next I was evicted from my lap top they found it all very interesting and it wasnt on a X box or some app they down load wonders will never cease

how bigs the pond your working on ie how many acres ?

38 acres!
Glad you're enjoying the thread. It took about 1 1/2 hours to put the track on in all that mud and the dark.
At least it's not going to greet my like that in the morning.

Quite right there Clive jobs are best done out of the way 'don't put off what can be done today' etc. All very interesting stuff Clive thanks for sharing.

You won't believe this, the last and only component we didnt change gave up today. We now have a new starter coming tomorrow to compliment the nut and bolt rebuild. The only thing original is the block and the fuel line!
